I've owned two WTFs for two years. Only specific times of the year one or the other doesn't eat. The pet store here says they're hibernating but I don't believe that's the problem. My bigger one will eat all dang day. My littler one will not eat for a week straight. Probably longer but I only allow it to be a week. I do force feed my littler one a couple crickets in 5 minutes apart. Sometimes that's what you gotta do. Anyway, the overall temperature is around 80 or 85. Humidity is around 70? My littler one will burrow under a plant or under the log I have in there. He does climb whenever I just fed him but other than that, he just hides. When I do feed him, I take him out of the tank to a flat board. He still doesn't want to eat, therefore I must force a couple in him. I have a type of fine soil in the bottom. The tank is rather tall so that's not a problem. I'm just lost as to what it is. I'm a full time college student with a part time job, on top of it, moving out soon so I don't have time to deal with them. I've considered selling them to a great pet owner but I can't bring my heart to do it. Any help is welcomed!
