Just before I shut of the light for the night, I happened to catch a rather amusing sight. One of my second generation male cockroaches had wedged himself between the water dish and the side of the tank. I thought he was stuck and was going to help him, until I realized he was actually quite comfortable "sitting" there and cleaning his antennae. He looked like he didn't have a care in the world. Must be nice to be raised with fresh food and water and no predators, eh??The pictures don't quite capture the humour of it, but here they are:
