Whites Tree Frog Sore and Bump

Hello, I've had my whites tree frog for a couple months now and a week ago she developed a bump on her head and then a few days ago it turned into a red sore. I put polysporin on it and saw no improvement. I started putting diluted pimafix on it today. I haven't tried melafix yet just because I did use the polysporin. Other than this she's active and eating, pooping, and shedding normally.
