Default Whites Tree Frog Bump on Head

I've had my whites for about a month now, and a few days ago she developed this fatty lump. The other side is normal. Any ideas what this is? https://imgur.com/raRX0cA

It's hard to say, lumps and bumps can be a symptom of many things. Is it soft or hard? Does it cause your frog obvious discomfort if you press on it? Is there a wound by the bump? I would keep an eye on it and note any changes in your frog's behavior. Your best course of action would likely be a vet who is able to properly diagnose it. Amphibian vets can be hard to find, but if you find a place that sees reptiles, call and ask if their exotic vet would be willing and capable of helping your frog.

Its soft, feels similar to the unaffected side. She does not appear bothered when I touch it. She has been eating fine, she is currently shedding. I can't seem to find any poop the last 2 weeks though. It appeared quite randomly. Theres no sign of a wound.

I would just keep an eye on it in case things get out of the ordinary, like the bump getting larger or her habits changing. Like I mentioned, a bump can be so many things and only a vet can truly diagnose the cause. Hopefully it's a harmless bump.

If she continues to not poop for you, try using the warm honey bath method. You should be able to search it, but it's pretty much what it says on the tin: use warm (but not too hot) treated water with a few drops of honey and soak him for up to 15 minutes. It might take more than one try, but it worked wonders for my pacman when I first got him.

The bump appeared bruised yesterday and opened up today as a reddish sore. I'm applying polysporin (with no pain killer) twice to three times a day. The red area appears larger at the moment than it did this morning. I'm really worried about her. She is in a quarantine tank and not happy about it. She's eating and I did find some poop. Oh no, I'm so sorry to see this happen to her. I would really advise a vet visit, even if it's someone with limited amphibian experience. The way this is developing is making me think she either has a parasite or an abscess. Both are bad news and would need vet intervention.

Sadly, she will be going back to the frog guy I bought her from because I feel he is more knowledgable than myself and he might know of a good herp vet to take her to. The only exotic vet near me is kind of sketchy and very expensive. The bump opened up into a red sore that is just getting larger. I tried putting polysporin on it, no change. I tried pimafix, just turned the red sore into a temporary white sore.

I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully she'll get the care she needs.
