The fact that the eggs were laid on the trailer would suggest a tree frog. It's a safe bet that they are Pacific tree frog eggs. This species breeds in still, shallow water, so, somewhere within hopping distance, is a wetland where the frogs breed and lay eggs. If you cannot locate a suitable wetland, you could put the eggs in a clean container with several inches of water from the creek, and transport them to an appropriate wetland nearby.
