Help. Sick red eye

He seamed fine for weeks till outta the blue he started getting very dark green, (photos posted are of today and his skn is looking normal but still sleeping on floor of tank or looking like he gonna fall of the glass or vegetation) his eyes just today turned brown and would close all the way, he eats but looks and acts very sick. Only up long enough to eat and go back to bed. Been gong on for 2 3 weeks now and just getting worst. I don't suspect red leg.
