Hi! Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry, but your frog is too young for accurate sexing. At around 4 inches snout-to-vent length(3 being earliest) males will begin calling during the evening hours. The mouth shape and underbelly coloration as indicators are rather unreliable.
Congrats on Hotei, they're a really cute frog.
