Your pictures are great, very large and clear. It makes it easy to see the problem. This may be an early stage eye infection or something else like the issues you mentioned. If it is an eye infection, it can be treated with antibiotics. I would highly recommend ciloxan 0.3. Ciloxan may require a prescription. If that is unavailable Maracy+ or Maracyn 2 may work, but ONLY in the early stages of infection.
The best bet is always going to be a visit with an exotic vet with experience in frogs, but such specialists are often hard to find even here in the US. If the seller is willing to replace the frog, it is probably your best option at having a healthy frog. It's your choice. If you decide you want to treat the frog, good luck!
