My frogs have gone underground!!

My Carnwellie 2 years old has been underground the last 3 weeks, my ornate who is 8 months old has been underground for a week.

Should I just leave them alone or dig them up to try and feed? They both have not ate since going underground.

With my Carnwellie I used to dig him up every 2 - 3 weeks and assist feed. I really dont want to do this anymore.

Is it safe to just let them sit there for as long as they want?? What if you dont come out for weeks and weeks?
