Worms on Whites Tree Frog

So recently I discovered a few of these buggers on my WTF, she hasn't had a loss in appetite or anything and seems to be okay due to not dropping any weight.
I used to use coco fiber as a substrate, but got paranoid about impaction and switched to repticarpet with paper towels underneath
Edit: She does have a vet appointment set up, but I figured I would ask for anxieties sake.

I'm not familiar with this, best case scenario is fruit fly larvae that just happened to get stuck to the frog, however the vet appointment sounds like a good idea.
