Hello from Southeast Michigan!

Hi! My name is Christy and my husband, kids (4), and I live in southeastern lower Michigan. We first began being interested in frogs and toads when my 8 year old brought home 21 American Toad tadpoles. We raised them until they got their legs and then we let them go. We would have liked to keep at least one, but they were so small and we had a really hard time finding anything small enough for them to eat.

We planned on getting a firebelly but in the meantime found an Eastern (or maybe Copes) treefrog sitting in a bucket on the deck. We made a habitat for him and he's been with us for a few weeks.
