I known there's bump on it. I thought it part of the body structure or something like that but when I do research, I got worried. Is this normal, I think I raise humidity a bit too much (usually 70-85)

Do you mean the two bumps behind the frog's head? If so those are part of the skeleton. It's kind of hard to make out the rest of the frog.

There's other picture. I known there's a tiny white spot in it.

I can't make out the white spot very well but these frogs having white spots sometimes is a bit like humans having freckles. If it's a raised bump that may actually be something but I wouldn't worry too much unless it got bigger.
