That changes things. If you could get some more pictures like I mentioned earlier, that'd be great. If you start suspecting an infection you can use Neosporin WITHOUT painkillers(painkillers can be very harmful to frogs) on the wound. Apart from this, the best thing you can do for now is keep the environment clean, and be watchful. Good luck!

Painkillers will more then likely actually kill the frog. When you euthanize a frog at home you use oranges and it’s the pain killer agent that does the job. In oragel it’s the benzocaine, so as mentioned above make sure there is no painkiller in it at all.

It’s turns out that the cut is the soil. However, I known the red-orange shade under it’s legs and it didn’t move for around 30 minutes after waking up. Is this normal?

Being slow to wake up isn't much of a concern. But if the frog sleeps an entire night or two that would be worrying. The underside of the legs don't seem red enough to be concerned about in my opinion, but keep an eye on them.

I known there's bump on it. I thought it part of the body structure or something like that but when I do research, I got worried. Is this normal, I think I raise humidity a bit too much (usually 70-85)

Do you mean the two bumps behind the frog's head? If so those are part of the skeleton. It's kind of hard to make out the rest of the frog.
