Urgent ! Possible broken arm???

I think one of my babies has broken his arm! It looks terrible, withered and useless! There is no redness and no swelling. Waters good. Temp is good. Have separated him until I can get more information. Has anyone experienced this before? I accidently bred my african clawed frogs and the babies are really not doing well at all. I need advice before I loose anymore!
