    There is people that have done it and have made it work, it's just trying to find those threads and see how they did it. I would still pick up the poo if doing it this way because they are pretty big and I'm not sure how fast your clean up crew would be able to dispose of it for you. My other concern would be if he burrowed down to the drainage layer which you would really need due to the amount pee they produce, I would be worried that while sitting on it and moving against it would or may really irritate his skin from rubbing against it and you wouldn't want him to rub so much that he cuts himself or gives himself something almost like rug burn would be for us. We have to remember that there belly skin is even more thin and sensitive then the skin on top. But again if you feel to do it there is people that have done it with some success from my knowledge, hope it works out for you if you end up doing it and glad to see you may finally get another frog and it may be a chunker. I know you haven't been able to have one for awhile due to your moving and stuff, they are great frogs and Ornata's are great Pacman frogs.
