I've never used Prime personally, but It looks just fine to me, I use Amquel, which is pretty similar. The listed features are pretty much the same, and amquel was also designed with Fish in mind. You could always spring for some repti-safe, but I'm pretty sure Prime will do just fine.

Also, forgot something: One thing to note on the tank, toads don't really use vertical space, so a long tank may be better. Personally I keep my 2 Woodhouse's toads in a 90 qt Sterilite bin, and they have a lot of space to move around, and can't quite jump out even with the top off. It's cheap(8$ for the 90qt bin at Target near me) and gives them a lot of Floor space. Alternatively you could probably lay that one down and have the lid on top, making it longer for the toad(my apologies if you were already planning this). I hope this helps!
