Get some non-powdered latex gloves.

Some pacman frogs are aggressive, and some aren't. My 3 aren't. When I need to pick mine up, I gently lift them up from behind with one full hand underneath so my fingers aren't near their mouth. I usually only hold them for a few seconds while moving them to a temporary container during cage cleaning etc.. Putting them in a small clear sandwich container or something like that, will allow you to examine them without having to hold them long. When moving them, just don't hold them in your hands far above the ground in case they squirm free. That way there's no falling danger.
