I really can't think of any adult frogs that I could condone putting in there. It's perfect for a juvenile pacman frog as well as a number of other species that may need a smaller enclosure when they are young to more easily find their food. Other than that I think you'd have better luck with arachnids.

Maybe a Green Tree Frog (Hyla cinerea) they are fairly small in size and I've read a few places that a recommend sized terriaum would be.a 12x12x18.
