Thank you, guys! I took out some of the super dying plants to see if they would pull back, but I won't know for a few days, most likely. I got the bulb from Petsmart in the aquarium section...maybe that's not good for land plants? I had read it was ok, but, I've been wrong about things before. ...rarely.But I think I'm going to get some more of the same type of surviving plants and just load it up. Not exactly a lot of variety, but, I don't think the frogs will care. Oh, and for actual dimensions, from the substrate to the top they have about 15 inches and side to side they have about 40? Is that tall enough or should I start looking for a new tank?
I have calcium + D3...do I need more vitamins than that? I was told that it would be ok, but. Mmmmmmmmm.
That sounds good. I switched from treated water to plain spring water and for some reason that makes the glass clearer on its own, so, I'll stick with that.
I was thinking about going to the lakes around me to look for freshwater driftwood, and baking it for a couple of hours. If I can't find any nice pieces I'll just go to the store.
Britta sounds so much cheaper than buying a new gallon of water every week. Not that water is SO expensive but, considering all of the critters and limited funds I have, every dollar counts.
Thank you guys so much!
