What species of snakes can live their entire adult lives in a 30x12x12 (20 gal) comfortably?
If nothing, any reptiles or amphibians? Thanks! [emoji4]
Hello,
I know that this is a post from awhile ago, but I had a garter snake, and he lived comfortably in something larger, however, that size works too.
I do know this is an old thread, but for other people wondering the same thing, I'd imagine small, fossorial snake species such as the DeKay's brown snake, the Ringneck snake, the Red-bellied snake, and ect could live in that size of an enclosure. I also would imagine that Fire-bellied toads could live in a enclosure that size, as well as a few other herps![]()
