We have them in Minnesota, although I don't think I've ever seen a specimen that was spotted like that. They usually have stripes.
These are seldom kept in captivity, so don't expect to find much species care info.
Offer plenty of hiding place, moisture, and live insects in an escape proof enclosure, and go from there.
