Help Identifying a frog!

Hi! I need some help identifying a lil frog I found the other day. I live in southern Alberta, Canada- its pretty hard to find frogs around here. I need to know what kind of frog he is so I know how to care for the little guy. Thank you!

It's a Chorus frog, presumably a Boreal chorus frog (Pseudacris maculata), as that is the only Chorus frog native to Alberta.
We have them in Minnesota, although I don't think I've ever seen a specimen that was spotted like that. They usually have stripes.
These are seldom kept in captivity, so don't expect to find much species care info.
Offer plenty of hiding place, moisture, and live insects in an escape proof enclosure, and go from there.
