What particular species do you have in mind? Some darts are more straightforward than others.
Hello all just got into the frog thing....I just bought a 40 gal hex/corner tank an I'm planning on setting it up for some Dart frogs.. First I have to get it setup then figure out which onse I want they all look so neat hard to make up my mind....

Welcome aboard. I would keep it a one species terrarium. The species I would recommend are Dendrobates auratus, leucomelas, and tinctorius. These are the larger species of dart frogs and are considered good beginner dart frogs. My personal favorite is Dendrobates tinctorius, which now also includes the former of D. azureus.
