Thanks for the advice! The ABF seems like an eager enough eater to not need a seperated feeding enclosure , but the previous owner used to do it and I do it for my pacman, so I went ahead and did it this time. One reason I seperate my frogs is because the dubias often burrow before getting eaten. I've been thinking about just doing the head crushing, though. I'll try his next meal in his living space and see how he responds. He did eat everything but the mouse, though. Crickets, dubias, and superworms. Seems to really love the Superworms. I had intended to feed him a pinkie, but I fed the pinkies to my toads, and left the fuzzy/hopper for the bullfrog. I think I'll give him the pinkies first next time. I figure even if you're only supposed to give them mice once in a blue moon, the first mouse is still a milestone, right?
