Anyway, I've never seen this before. It may just be flexibility but I'd be worried about its bones. You need to supplement calcium if you don't already and there are recent studies that suggest UV lights are a little helpful to frogs, even nocturnal ones. Metabolic bone disease is serious and can affect an animal's ability to move so I'd watch and see if your frog's moving normally.
