Found little green tree frog hurt

It sounds pretty gruesome. I think if you really want to help it you should take it to a vet. Secondly, you should put it into a different place like a 5 Gallon bucket or storage bin for now because it probably has worms from being wild. It sounds very bad for the frog but if you let it soak and take it to a vet it would be all you can do for it.

Seconding the suggestion to not put it in with your other animals. I'm sorry, there's not a whole lot that can be done. You can apply iodine or non-painkilling neosporin to open wounds to prevent infection but it might stress him out further. The same thing goes for trying to splint his broken bones. He might damage himself trying to get away.
