Any combination should get along. I haven't noticed my males fighting more than males and females together. Mostly they squawk at one another if one sits on the other. If one gets a cricket and the other doesn't, the one who didn't get it might strike at the one who did, but that's it. I don't think these frogs display dominance behaviors much if at all.
The good thing about these frogs is that they won't usually try to mate unless there are very specific conditions met.
When the frogs are juveniles, sometimes it's hard even for experts to determine their sex, so it might be difficult to get the sexes you want anyway.
