To get the heat you need, around 25-40w incandescent heat bulb direct at a branch should do. Check temps to make sure they're right with a digital thermometer. You can use a thermostat to control heat.
Thats fine haha! I use Zoo Med daylight blue heat bulbs with all frogs I'be kept, they seem to last long and don't produce too much heat. The wattage you need will depend on enclosure size and room temperature, so some experimentation will be needed. This is for your heat but you should also include a 5% (5.0) UVB for the frogs to make vitamin D3 to absorb calcium. It seem most recommend temps 75-85F (90F max), with the highest temp of this range at your basking area and with a drop at night.
