Hi there. I have three firebellies in a large vivarium. I have had them for four years now, and never had any health issues with any of them. Suddenly, one of my females' armpits are turning white and very concerning. The skin is almost translucent looking, and it seems like you can see her flesh underneath, or perhaps it's actually a wound? There is no blood, and it seems to be spreading. Now her left armpit is starting to show signs of turning lighter color, too. At first I thought she was just maybe going to shed her skin, but this is not happening and the spot is definitely getting worse. I first noticed it about a week ago. I've done some googling to no avail. Any ideas? Their water is clean and conditioned, and nothing has changed in their habitat dramatically. Here are some images of her after I separated her into a small keeper to get some photos. I didn't want to handle her too much and stress her more. She is eating just fine and does not appear to be lethargic.
