Hi, I'm looking for some information on the care of Asperum tadpoles. I have about 40 tadpoles and much more on the way, these frogs will not stop producing. I had them in a small tub at first but started to have water issues, so I transferred them to a 90 gallon tank that has about 6 inches of water at the bottom. This is a tank that's been running for about a month with a few adults in it. It has Catalpa leaves, wood, pothos and cork. I had to stop the filter for the tads but kept the airstone running.

Now my question is.. this tank has springtails, daphnia and now planaria in it, will this established tank with the live worms and all cause me a problem with the tadpoles, or is this just lots of live food for these tads?

Another thing, since the tads have been in this tanks, they are swimming more like fish instead of hugging the bottom of the bin all the time. They swim around bottom, top and midwater and I'm wondering if that is more normal behaviour then the staying at the bottom all the time and only quickly coming up for air.
