White spots have appeared on our tree frof

Does anyone know what these white spots are? How to treat them? Or are they normal?
They appeared over night.

If the spots aren't raised and the frog's okay otherwise, the white spots are just the equivalent of freckles or age spots on humans. Just another pigment variation. But make sure the frog's eating and moving normally too, just to be sue.
