ACF, weird lumps and swimming sideways?

I've had these frogs for close to a year or so now, they've been healthy.
I have one albino ACF which is male, and I'm for sure on the genders of both.
But the one that I'm worried about today is my female, for example- and it wouldn't allow me to embed, so I'll just post the raw images here.

can anyone help me?
and for some additional info, i'm pretty sure all of those pH stuff is fine, we cycle it with springwater every 1-2 weeks.

I would guess that it has eaten a bunch of rocks from the bottom of your tank.

Yup agreed the stones look the perfect size for injestion, best with bare tank bottom
