It looks like a cataract, something I don't know how to fix. You could try taking it to an exotic vet, but I don't know that they could help.

It actually looks like there is a mass above the eye but it's impossible to assess fully from just a picture or pictures - I would certainly get it examined by a vet to give the best chance of a proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope you can get it sorted out.
