Am no expert but will chip in with what little knowledge

Was the extra bloat sudden or slow, does the frog feel soft/squidgy
The back legs bloating are usually a giveaway for dropsy apposed to the body
Females can be double the size of males she looks healthy enough to me
If dropsy was happening you would know fairy quickly
How much and how often are you feeding,I would not feed everyday
