    Default WTF's and UV lighting

I've been keeping my WTF's in two tanks of 40 x 40 x 70 cm. I supply them with vitamin D3 through feeding.

I've been thinking of adding UV-lighting in my tanks, but I'm wondering what the best setup would be. For reptiles I've worked with HID-lighting, providing both heat and UV. I wonder if one light providing both visible light, heat and UV would be a solution for frogs. I understand that the lamps I've used for reptiles would fry my frogs, but would low wattage mercury vapor or HID lamps work?
