I've seen this recommended on here for ACF tanks, but how exactly is it used (dosage, how often, in main tank or hospital tank?) and what are its benefits? I can't find much information about it.

Its crucial preventative for bad bacteria most probable cause's from
Poor water condition, may prevent red leg the number 1 frog killer*its more used as
A preventative than cure helping the frogs immune system.
I started using it few weeks ago after some research and happy to keep
adding each week at 1ml per 200 lts inline with 2 water changes per week ,
there is initial higher dosage first week.

LymnoZyme is a pro-biotic that can be added to the water for aquatic
species. It is a very safe treatment that competes for the nutrients (waste
material) that pathogens require to survive and will reduce the bacterial
count of Aeromonas, Pseudomonas or pathogens to such low levels that
they will not be a threat to the health of your frogs. It is effective against
both Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria.
