    THe frogs are reddish, but only as much as an active frog that has been moving around could be expected to be red. I'm not sure what to say about the blood in the stool. Could just be from the worms (were they night crawlers? superworms might be a bit big or tough to digest), could be an internal injury or parasites. Sometimes frogs stay inactive all day, but to do that frequently may be a sign of illness, plus you said she's having trouble climbing.
    If possible you might want to look into a reptile vet that sees frogs.
