Higher vantage point and soft, squishy couch to nap on is my guess. It doesn't seem like they recognize other frogs as frogs, considering how willing they are to stick their hands in each other's eyes.

Sometimes a male will try to mate with other frogs, but most of the time they don't seem to be doing that, just looking for a good place to nap.
