So I have two fire belly toads who both look identical and I have a picture of one of them. Just trying to determine their gender even though I know it's very difficult to do

Does one or both of them bark. Usually you can take that as a sign it's a male. The bark is when it's trying to call for a female to mate with.
I read and looked at all the examples of how to visually sex them, and thought for sure one of mine was female. But it wasn't and actually it turned out to be the dominant male of them.
Interesting simple setup, you might want to try and stray from using gravel where you plan on feeding them since FBTs are aggressive eaters and will sometimes get a piece of gravel and swallow it, which can clog up his/her bowel movements and basically kill the frog from the inside. Are they both croaking? If so, they're both males.
If computers have no doors or fences, who needs Windows and Gates?
Simple is good, IMO. Gravel isn't bad, I use it in my 10 gallon viv. Just make sure it's large enough that it can't be swallowed. 1/2" or bigger is what I use. Marinecrab is correct that they can ingest the smaller gravel and die.
I like your setup for it's simplicity. Hard to tell what your water level is, but I'd recommend a deep area where they can submerge themselves entirely. Say 2 inches or better.
Thanks everyone for the feedback! I actually changed the set of my tank the day after I posted this video. I'm pretty sure that they are both females (of course after giving them males names) due to the fact that I've never heard either one of them make a peep
