Gray tree frog staying in the substrate

Thanks for your responses. Unfortunately he didn't survive the work day. It happened very quickly. He ate while down on the substrate but only those cricket(s) that wandered right in front of his face. 24 hours before I posted, he was his normal self.

I dust the crickets with multivitamin every time I feed my frogs, and I used calcium power every other time I feed my frogs.

Jeez, didn't see that coming! Was he already a full grown adult when you got him?
