So my friend fairly recently bought this grey tree frog off of Back Water Reptiles and she ended up giving it to me because I have 3 fire belly toads and another grey tree frog. All of them are in separate terrariums but I just noticed that this frog has like a slight open wound and I'm not sure what to do or how it got there but I want to do all I can to help her.
Thanks!

You might want to look for anything sharp in the tank and see if you can remove it. Dabbing it with iodine or a NON-PAIN RELIEVING antibiotic ointment like neosporin should help. (Pain relievers can kill frogs, so avoid those.)
