Need Help ASAP.

five days ago, i found my frog flipped upside down.. when i found him, he was stiff, kinda not moving at all.
I flipped him back, and leave him be. I saw a bit of blood in his leg, I simply thot that a cricket bit him or something.
I gave him a few more crickets to see wether he would eat or not. Until this very moment he hasnt eat a single cricket nor has he move from the very spot he was in. He did not move in 5 days.
all four of his legs was stiff and kind of glued to his body, i also found that the bleeding from his leg is getting worse. REAL WORSE.
Last thing i noticed about him was that he was heavily bloated.

Any suggestion on how to treat him would be very much appreciated.
