Tomato Frog Won't Eat!

My tomato frog seemed perfectly fine one day; he had eaten his crickets and went to hide under his log. The next day when I went to go feed him he wouldn't eat. I assumed he was hungry or just wasn't interested just like he usually is. Next day he didn't eat, neither did he the next after that. Now, it's been at least a whole week since he's eaten and he is too skinny. Why did he stop eating!
He has little energy and I could not see any signs of illness since he should be perfectly fine.
I have had him for almost a year now.
All I want to do is help Heinz become better.
I just gave him a calcium bath right now.
Please HELP!
