That's not a toad tadpole.

I did not think so..I have american toads they never looked like these...what do you think they are?

Depending on the size, it looks like it may be a Bullfrog tadpole. A lot of frog tadpoles look similar though, so you may be better off just waiting a few weeks until it's metamorphosed. I'm sure it would be pretty clear then. But yeah, my best guess is American Bullfrog.
