    To keep it simple, you don't need a mister. To keep your frog moist just pour dechlorinated/RO water into the substrate. But it really depends on what frog you are going to keep, and what type of enclosure it will be in as to whether it needs a mister or not. The only alternative to a mister that I can think of would be, to grab a bowl or cup of dechlorinated/RO water and splash it everywhere inside the enclosure. You can buy a hand mister at a dollar store or, buy a gallon pump mister for 10 bucks at a petco.
