Is my frog impacted? What should I do?

I need advice on how to handle my pacman frog who has not pooped in 3 months. When I bought him he was an adult the size of my fist and the person there told me to feed him a mouse every week. The second day I had the frog I gave him a mouse, waited two weeks and fed him another mouse. It's been 3 months and I felt he needed to eat so I gave him 5 dubia roaches. He still hasn't pooped. I have tried a warm soak to no avail. What should I do?
