ok my kassina maculata has not eaten for 4 days now and the crickets are not being touched.
i have also noticed she has become more of a light grey colour rathen then darker grey.
im not sure if i am over worrying or not.
i have not had the light on for the last week and a half, i realise with some frogs this can be a factor in apperance changes.
also we have been having a bit of a heat wave so at the moment the temp for the tank ranges during the day between 73-78 and during the night it only just changes to 69-72.
i am misting 3 times a day and they have plenty of fresh water to cool down in.
the top of the tank is mesh so plenty of ventilation and when i get home in the evenings i have my front room windows wide open to allow air to circulate through the whole of my flat.
humidity is ranging between 38-45 im struggling to get it any higher at the moment but i also have a problem as i am using a electronic themometer and dont know if its reading the correct information as it has a sensor you place inside the tank i admit the frog has sat on it a few times.
during the day it hides i have no idea where and in the evenings she is moving around and she does move from one place to another.
i have tried her with crickets and have offered her wax worms but she wont take the worms but she would never go near the mealworms if im honest.
in every other sense she seems fine but she just has not eaten and im getting worried.
any help or advice appreciated. i also better mention i have never seen her actually eat but crickets have gone and i handled her last night and she is fast and not lacking in any other way. i will also do an update tonight when she comes out.
