One of my tree frogs had a dent on his nose that I thought was just nose-rub or a cricket bite, but over the weekend a bump appeared beside his nose. I haven't left any crickets in his tank and he seems to have a normal appetite. Can anyone tell me what this is?

The temperature's been 75F to 84F, he gets crickets with calcium powder and a multivitamin. I use dechlorinator in the water.
I've been reading and I really hope this is a simple bacterial infection not sparganosis (tapeworm). It's a little disturbing that my frog has the same name (Julep) as someone's who posted on this site with that problem.
There's a dent on his nose, but if you look off to the side under the nostril, there's a bump.
