Take it away from the other frogs so there is no possibility of them getting ill. Take the frog to a vet tomorrow

I can't take it to a vet because there are no amphibian or reptile vets near me

He really needs to get to a vet for examination and possible investigations.
Assuming you're in the UK (apologies if not), if you try your local vets, they will normally have someone they refer them to, or be willing to see them and discuss with a more experienced vet. You can also search on rcvs.org.uk for vets, or various online list (e.g. on arav.org), or post your location on here for suggestions. Apart probably from the north of Scotland, there are few parts of the UK where there are no reptile/amphibian vets reasonably nearby.

Have you given it calcium supplements? That sounds like advanced calcium deficiency, MBD. Of course I can't know that. Are there broken veins in its legs? If so that might be a fungal infection.

I don't think it is calcium deficiency because the other two are fine.
