It hasn't changed at all, which makes it all the more difficult to judge what to do!

If you wanted to be safe you could dab a tiny bit of antibacterial ointment on it, though in that location I don't know if it would interfere with the frog's nostrils. Also, make sure any ointment has no painkillers in it.
